Dr. David Howard, m.d., ph.d

Dr. David Howard was originally born in Jamaica and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of eighteen. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Johns Hopkins University and then pursued his Md and Ph.D. in Epidemiology through the Medical Scientist Training Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Epidemiology at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is currently a Board Certified Obstetrics/Gynecology Specialist practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is affiliated with several different hospitals in the area.

DR. CHRISTINA CHERIAN

Dr. Christina Cherian is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She completed her undergraduate career at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where she majored in Biomedical Sciences and minored in Public Health. She remained at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine for her medical degree through the Honors Medical Program. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Center in Jacksonville, Florida, and was awarded the Jane Lanier Community Service Award upon graduation. She holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition via the eCornell Center for Nutrition Studies and is pursuing additional board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

She is very passionate about and educated in prevention and reversal of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol through the tenets of lifestyle medicine, especially plant-based nutrition. Her personal interests include yoga, meditation and mindfulness, reading, hiking, traveling, watercoloring, and spending time with family.

DR. ARAVINDA AYYAGARI, M.D.

Dr Aravinda Ayyagari is a board-certified pediatrician with almost 20 years of experience. She completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/AI duPont Hospital for Children. She earned her medical degree in her hometown of Memphis, TN at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. She attended Washington University in St. Louis where she graduated with honors in Biology and earned a minor in Latin-American studies.

She enjoys volunteering in different settings ranging from the local school to the board of Easter Seals and has traveled to El Paso,TX as a volunteer physician at a migrant center. She serves as the state of Delaware CATCH grant coordinator to increase children’s access to healthcare services.

DR. RADIHKA SHARMA

Dr Radhika Sharma is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She is passionate about Women’s Health and Wellness. She is also a mother of 2 young girls and a wife to a fellow Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She completed her medical training at Saba University School of Medicine. After completing her medical rotations in the United States, she went on to complete her obstetrics & gynecology residency at Aultman Hospital in Affiliation with Northeast Ohio Medical University. She specializes in Pelvic floor disorders and reconstruction. She is also a certified Life & Wellness coach through the Martha Beck Wayfinder training.
During her down time she enjoys, Reading, Traveling with her family and functional training.
