DR. TOLU AMZAT

Dr. Tolu Amzat is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She completed her residency at Emory University hospital, Atlanta GA. She is very passionate about holistic, preventive, and patient-centered care. Dr Amzat has practiced in various healthcare settings, including acute care and telemedicine. Her interests include meditation and mindfulness, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.

DR. JENNIFER BEPKO

I am a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with over 20 years of experience in full scope care. A majority of my clinical years have been while on active duty with the United States Air Force. During my military career, I cared for patients in all settings and across all age spectrums. My practice included small community hospitals and outpatient clinics to large medical centers. I practiced in austere conditions during deployments and medical mission training exercises. Since my retiring from the USAF, I have enjoyed telemedicine. I continue to explore new opportunities to partner with patients to reach health-care goals.

DR. CHRISTINA CHERIAN

Dr. Christina Cherian is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She completed her undergraduate career at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where she majored in Biomedical Sciences and minored in Public Health. She remained at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine for her medical degree through the Honors Medical Program. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Center in Jacksonville, Florida, and was awarded the Jane Lanier Community Service Award upon graduation. She holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition via the eCornell Center for Nutrition Studies and is pursuing additional board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

She is very passionate about and educated in prevention and reversal of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol through the tenets of lifestyle medicine, especially plant-based nutrition. Her personal interests include yoga, meditation and mindfulness, reading, hiking, traveling, watercoloring, and spending time with family.

DR. BRIAN DRESSEL

Dr. Brian Dressel is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He completed his undergraduate education at Clark University in Worcester Massachusetts. He then attended medical school at Boston University School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree and a Masters in Public Health. He completed his medical residency at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, where he served as chief resident of their Rural Medicine Track, and also completed their Wilderness and International Medicine track. Since completing residency in 2009, he has served his community as a Family Medicine physician as well as a virtual urgent care physician.

Dr. Dressel is passionate about both preventive healthcare as well as management of chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and anxiety. He also enjoys medical teaching and has held faculty positions at Umass Medical School, as well as the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals. His personal interests include hiking, camping, running and spending time with his family and two dogs.

DR. RAJBIR GREWAL

Dr. Rajbir Grewal is a board-certified Family Medicine. She obtained her medical degree from Windsor School of Medicine, St. Kitts & Nevis. She completed her residency training at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Kingston, PA. Her goal is to provide comprehensive care, including acute, chronic, and preventive care. 

When she is not at work, she likes to spend quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and watching movies.

DR. JASON TWARDZIK-HEINE

Dr. Twardzik-Heine completed his Bachelor of Science at Boston University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed his Family Practice Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He has served as a full scope family physician at a Community Health Center in Commerce City, Colorado since 2005.

Dr Twardzik-Heine spent a year living and working as a physician in New Zealand. He has traveled to Malawi, Guatemala and Dominican Republic to learn about health care as well as obtain fluency in medical Spanish. He is happy to see patients in either English or Spanish. Dr. Twardzik-Heine enjoys the variety of Family Practice and enjoys seeing children, adults of all ages, as well as pregnant patients. He enjoys building long lasting relationships with his patients.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and two daughters. He enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing and traveling.

DR. MICHELLE MITCHELL

Dr. Michelle Mitchell is board certified in Family Medicine. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Medicine before making the leap to Hawaii. She completed her residency at University of Hawaii Family Medicine Residency, where she served as Chief Resident. With a continued goal of providing high-quality medical care to rural communities, Dr. Mitchell then moved to the Big Island of Hawaii and served the neighbor islands rural areas. After 13 years, she has moved back to the mainland to be closer to family.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mitchell enjoys playing with her dog, baking and being the fun aunt.

DR. AISHWARYA SHARMA

Dr. Aishwarya (Sunny) Sharma is a board-certified Family Physician. She attended medical school at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. There, she enjoyed learning about specialty care and by working at a world-renowned facility, she was able to see cutting-edge medicine in action. However, her passion was always primary care, which is why she chose to pursue her Family Medicine Residency at MetroHealth Hospital with Case Western Reserve University. As a resident, she continued to learn about issues plaguing our society while serving as a leader within her community.


Dr. Sharma is extremely invested in not only the health of her patients, but also the community in which they reside. She has worked diligently to foster leadership in those around her and nurture the qualities of a good Family Physician. Growing up impoverished at young age allowed her to empathize with others and taught her the importance of creating a strong foundation of support for her patients. 


As a Family Physician, she prioritizes communication and shared decision-making while combining research, education, and humanity in order to deliver hands-on, compassionate care. Her leadership qualities, volunteer work, and educational excellence earned her the American Academy of Family Physicians Excellence in Graduate Medical Education Award in 2022; this is gifted to 12 Family Medicine residents in the United States annually. 


Dr. Sharma currently serves as a Medical Director for Medication Assisted Treatment while also practicing outpatient medicine in Redding, CA. She is licensed in Ohio and California currently. She is fluent in English and Hindi. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, which include her 2-year-old son.

DR. SATYA ACHARYA

DR. ARAVINDA AYYAGARI

Dr Aravinda Ayyagari is a board-certified pediatrician with almost 20 years of experience. She completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/AI duPont Hospital for Children. She earned her medical degree in her hometown of Memphis, TN at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. She attended Washington University in St. Louis where she graduated with honors in Biology and earned a minor in Latin-American studies.

Dr. Ayyagari has practiced both inpatient and outpatient medicine and is licensed in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas, Nevada, and Florida. She serves on several hospital committees. She enjoys volunteering in different settings ranging from the local school to the board of Easter Seals and has traveled to El Paso,TX as a volunteer physician at a migrant center. She serves as the state of Delaware CATCH grant coordinator to increase children’s access to healthcare services.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising and spending time with friends. She loves hiking with her husband and two children in various destinations both domestically and internationally -covering Asia to South America. As a family, they have been amazed at how people are much more alike than different. They are looking forward to their next adventure!

DR. LAURIE BELOSA

Dr. Laurie Belosa is a board certified pediatrician with over 10 years experience. She completed her pediatric residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she also completed medical school. She earned her bachelor of arts at Cornell University with a degree in psychology.

Dr. Belosa practiced outpatient pediatrics in private practice in both New York City and New Jersey. She also worked at a pediatric urgent center in both New York and New Jersey.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new fitness classes, traveling, spending time with her two young boys and always searching for the best new ice cream place.

DR. MELISSA CHLADEK

Dr. Melissa Chladek is a board-certified pediatrician with almost 12 years of experience. She completed her pediatric residency at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine in 2012. She received her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Prior to medical school, she attended Baylor University graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry.

Dr. Chladek has worked in both pediatric hospital medicine as well as emergency medicine. She is licensed to work in Texas and is currently in the process of acquiring licenses in additional states. In the past she has worked heavily in academic medicine teaching both medical students and residents. She has also worked on multiple hospital committees to improve patient care processes. She enjoys working in different cultural settings with her most recent avenues being through medical mission work in Colombia. She also had the privilege of working in Singapore in the Children’s Emergency room while there for her husband’s job.


Dr. Chladek has a passion for family centered care and believes strongly in shared decision making when the situation allows. She is here to listen and help provide evidence based medical practices when caring for your children.

DR. DAVID HOWARD

Dr. David Howard was originally born in Jamaica and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of eighteen. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Johns Hopkins University and then pursued his Md and Ph.D. in Epidemiology through the Medical Scientist Training Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Epidemiology at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is currently a Board Certified Obstetrics/Gynecology Specialist practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is affiliated with several different hospitals in the area.

In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Howard is passionate about research. He has authored/co-authored several publications as well as written his book How to do a Research Project. He is a reviewer for several different OBGYN journals including Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology, and the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Also, he has officially been named a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).

Dr. Howard was voted as being among the top 10% of scientific reviewers for Obstetrics and Gynecology, the highest-ranked journal in the field in the United States. Dr. Howard’s passion for medicine and research has also led him to the creation of OB-STATS whose mission is to provide statistical and epidemiological consultation services to researchers.

DR. PATRICIA CONVERY

Dr. Patricia Convery is a board-certified OBGYN physician with over a decade of post-residency experience practicing obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her medical education and OBGYN residency at Duke University. She is also an experienced telemedicine physician and licensed to practice medicine in eleven states. When she is not providing telehealth services, she continues to work as an inpatient OBGYN in multiple hospitals and enjoys the privilege of helping so many women deliver their babies. She is very excited to provide virtual gynecology services through our platform. When she is not working, Convery is a busy wife and mother of three children.

DR. MICHELLE KEELEY

Dr. Michelle Keeley is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a certified menopause specialist with the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). She attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree and earned her medical degree from Wright State University. She completed her residency training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. She is passionate about her work and has enjoyed caring for women in all phases of their lives, from adolescence through pregnancy and childbirth, to menopause. As a female provider, she understands that all women are unique and customizes her care to provide individualized treatment plans. Her practice encompasses general obstetrics and gynecology with a special interest in discussing therapies for contraception, heavy menstrual bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and menopausal symptoms. When she is not working, she is enjoying all four seasons in Michigan with her husband and two children.

Dr. Tammy Kelly

Tammy Kelly MD graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno medical school in 1996 and did her residency at UMC in Las Vegas NV. She has held multiple clinical faculty positions at various medical schools and residency programs, during her 23 years of practice, in addition to helping to start Las Vegas minimally invasive fellowship program while holding a faculty position in the same fellowship.
Dr. Kelly has a passion for teaching, not only, the next generation of physicians but especially her patients. She has a patient centric approach to women's medicine and believes it is important to interact with each patient individually to empower them with the knowledge about themselves, their bodies, and their health to promote their own well-being. There is so much misinformation that can be passed on among women through the media, hurried health care providers and sometimes even well-meaning family members or friends who impart misinformation that only brings shame, frustration, and confusion.

Dr. Kelly believes in a proactive approach to women's overall well-being and considers it an honor and privilege to work with women and each patients’ individual needs and concerns- whether it be adolescents, young adults, or peri- and postmenopausal patients. She specializes in discussing alternatives to surgery or even validating a second opinion if a patient has already decided on surgery. She also specializes in preconception counselling, PCOS treatments, endometriosis, abnormal or irregular menses, hormone imbalances, abnormal pap smear options, chronic or recurrent vaginal infections as well as many other health conditions that can affect a woman's daily life.

Dr. Morgan Mandigo

Dr. Mandigo is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Harvard and then completed a Master's Degree in Clinical Medicine at Oxford University. She graduated from medical school at the University of Miami and then trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital for her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Mandigo also completed a fellowship in global clinical education with Massachusetts General Hospital, during which she served on the faculty at the University of Malawi.

She has a broad range of experience aimed at reducing healthcare inequities and improving outcomes. She served as an Associate with the Harvard Program in Global Surgery and Social Change and is also an alumna of Seed Global Health. Her passion is improving health literacy and empowering women to be able to make their own informed healthcare decisions.

Dr. Mandigo's professional priorities are to help women navigate peri-menopausal changes, menstrual cycle irregularities, sexual health concerns, vaginal symptoms, and fertility challenges. She also provides consultations regarding contraceptive options and diagnostic test results (such as paps, ultrasounds, and mammograms).

DR. KARA MCELLIGOTT PARK

Dr. Kara McElligott Park is a board certified OB/GYN who specializes in helping people who identify as women. Kara takes an individualized and holistic approach to women’s care. She specializes in, Contraception (finding the right birth control),Sexual health (such as decreased libido and painful sexual intercourse), Postpartum concerns, Second opinions, especially when deciding whether to have surgery, Menopause, hormone health and guiding patients who are transitioning through menopause, Caring for Women Veterans, people with Disability, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Kara received her medical degree at the University of North Carolina and completed residency at Duke University Health Center. She has 10+ years of experience working as an OB/GYN in academic health centers, the health department and at the Veterans Affairs Health System. She is also a Certified Menopause Practitioner and board certified in Obesity Medicine.

Kara is based in Durham, North Carolina where she lives with her husband, two children. She adores growing flowers, traveling and helping others.

Dr. Radhika Sharma

Dr Radhika Sharma is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She is passionate about Women’s Health and Wellness. She is also a mother of 2 young girls and a wife to a fellow Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She completed her medical training at Saba University School of Medicine. After completing her medical rotations in the United States, she went on to complete her obstetrics & gynecology residency at Aultman Hospital in Affiliation with Northeast Ohio Medical University. She specializes in Pelvic floor disorders and reconstruction. She is also a certified Life & Wellness coach through the Martha Beck Wayfinder training. During her down time she enjoys, Reading, Traveling with her family and functional training.

Dr. Ann Marie Busick is board certified Internal Medicine and Endocrinology who is passionate about telemedicine. Medical training was completed at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency at Ohio Valley Medical Center and fellowship at McLaren Macomb. DR. NISHA NATHAN

Dr. Nisha Nathan is a board-certified endocrinologist. She graduated from medical school from The George Washington University and completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Nathan is a Clinical Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and lectures on various topics. Dr. Nathan works full time as Scientific Director of Diabetes for Novo Nordisk in Medical Affairs and sees patients outside of her working hours.

Dr. Nathan is accepting patients with thyroid disease- both hyper and hypothyroidism and also Type 2 Diabetes. She does not prescribe Armor Thyroid or desiccated thyroid hormone.

DR. ERINE KUPETSKY

Dr. Kupetsky is a board-certified dermatologist with experience in general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. In her practice, she specializes in using evidence-based medicine and an integrative approach to treating skin diseases in adults and children.

Like our team at My Virtual Physician, Dr. Kupetsky is passionate about telemedicine, and she believes in the independence of the physician, not limited by health insurance companies.

Dr. Kupetsky earned her B.A. at Rutgers University – New Jersey Institute of Technology and D.O. at Rowan University’s Cooper Medical School. She went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Philadelphia before earning a Master’s in Pharmacology at Thomas Jefferson University. She then completed a Dermatopharmacology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

After completing her dermatology residency in Ohio in 2016, she worked for a large dermatology company for two years before opening her private practice.

Dr. Michell dalson

Dr. Michelle Dalson is a Pediatric Cognitive-Behavioral Physician. She completed her BS in Psychology at Duke University and earned her MD at Trinity School of Medicine.

Dr. Dalson has amassed extensive experience working with children across various age groups. Her focus on mental health needs has been complemented by substantial research in evidence-based personality psychology and cognition, alongside specialized training in pediatric mental health. She has also pursued certifications in Cognitive-Behavioral Art Therapy and Child and Adolescent Counseling. Notably, her expertise extends to addressing conditions such as ADHD, autism, and a spectrum of other mental health concerns.

Dr. Dalson is also a published author, with works spanning children's literature to teen and young adult novels. Motivated by her passion for storytelling, she utilizes the therapeutic potential of narratives and the arts. In her pediatric and parent coaching services, she teaches both children and adults how to use stories, writing, and other creative outlets to foster mental health, cognitive development, personal growth, and overall well-being.
