Dr. Chris Currie is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He completed his undergraduate education at Central Michigan University, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, following his experience as a paramedic. Dr. Currie pursued his medical degree at Central Michigan University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Corwell Health - Lakeland Family Medicine.

After residency, Dr. Currie obtained board certification in Obesity Medicine, motivated by his observations of patients' challenges in preventing, treating, and managing the effects of obesity. He is passionate about preventing and reversing chronic diseases, staying current with the latest medical guidelines, and incorporating personalized medicine into his practice.

Outside his medical practice, Dr. Currie's interests include weightlifting, running, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters.
