MEDICATION REFILL POLICY [for established patients who have seen us before]
Please note our policy. We do not necessarily have to schedule you for a "video visit" to refill your medications if you are an established patient. However, refilling medications takes time and as such we do charge a small fee if the patient was/is a cash paying patient. This fee is for our time in calling in and ensuring you get your medications. If you have insurance we will bill your insurance for what is called an "E-Visit." This is a visit where the doctor's office communicates with the patient by text or email about a clinical issue.
