Dr. Laura Sobieck, D.O., ABIHM, is a triple board-certified in Family Medicine, Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine physician who has been in practice for more than 14 years. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Montana. Dr. Sobieck graduated from medical school at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. Dr. Sobieck completed her internship year in Family Medicine at USC-California Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. She completed her post-graduate training in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Downey Regional Medical Center in Downey, CA. She has experience practicing medicine in variety of settings including outpatient primary care, urgent care, and outpatient integrative medicine.
Dr. Sobieck views healthcare through a holistic lens which incorporates physical, mental, and spiritual health. She is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles, preventing disease, and preventing the progression of chronic disease. Dr. Sobieck enjoys partnering with patients to create personalized treatment plans which combine best medical practices as well as patients’ health goals and preferences.

Dr. Sobieck has an active outdoor lifestyle which includes biking, hiking, snowboarding. She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years. Dr. Sobieck also enjoys cooking, particularly when she can include fresh food from her garden.
