Our History

My Virtual Physician was founded by Dr. David L. Howard, MD, PhD, who bootstrapped the company from inception, growing it without outside investors through 2025, the fifth year of the company’s existence.

Founded to put patients back at the center of healthcare, MVP delivers personal, physician-led care designed for modern life. Patients are able to see the same physician over time, building meaningful, long-term relationships.
